龍之家族文化事業股份有限公司成立於西元1989年12月，陸續從事於教學方法的研究、數位教材編輯研發製作。為提昇進修者學習成效及創造日本語學習互動練習環境，西元1999年龍之家族結合中、日籍資深教師、電腦多媒體及美術編輯技術人員經歷四年餘時間研發製作完成『大家學日語遠距教學知識庫』，共計推出發音基礎、基礎會話一、基礎會話二、進階會話一、進階會話二、進階會話三、商用日語等課程內容，並持續研發閱讀、聽力訓練及網際網路線上測驗平台系統。
